To maintain an elite instructional standard and allow your coach adequate time to build your customized, industry-specific curriculum, all appointments must follow these coordination rules:

• Advance Window: Sessions must be locked in via the personal scheduling dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the lesson starting.

• System Buffer: The booking engine enforces a hard 24-hour verification cushion between payment clearance and active lesson deployment. Same-day appointments or short-notice scheduling requests are structurally restricted by the platform.

🔄 2. Rescheduling Adjustments & Session Forfeiture

Individual One-on-One Lessons

• Timely Modifications: You may freely adjust any individual calendar appointment without financial penalties, provided your adjustment is finalized at least 24 hours before the class begins.

• How to Modify: Changes can be executed instantly by updating the synchronized Google Calendar invitation yourself. Alternatively, you can communicate the change to your coach via WhatsApp, Snapchat, or Email, and we will update Google Calendar manually for you. This communication must occur before the 24-hour window opens.

• Late Cancellations (<24 Hours): Any cancellation, time shift, or modification requested within the 24-hour countdown leading up to the lesson will be billed at the full rate. This premium time slot represents dedicated administrative allocation and cannot be transferred to other corporate partners on short notice.

• The 10-Minute No-Show Limit: If you do not enter the digital meeting room or arrive within the first 10 minutes of the established session time, the lesson is automatically forfeited and charged in full.

• Exceptional Emergencies (Force Majeure): Late forfeiture fees may be reviewed exclusively in the event of documented, catastrophic emergencies entirely outside your control (e.g., severe acute illness, sudden hospitalization, or traffic accidents).
